This beautiful sculpture in black and yellow from the 1970s refreshes with its extraordinary dynamics. From each point of view, the figure forms its own image. A typical work of the Belgian artist Pierre Heyvaert.
Born in Belgium in 1934. Studied at l´Ecole Technique and l´Ecole des Arts Industriels of Ixelles. Is living in Montreal since 1957. Member of the Quebec Sculptors´Association since 1964 and now its president. Organized many travelling exhibitions both in painting and sculpture. In 1965, he is in Kostafevica (Yougoslavia) representing Canada to the International Symposium of Sculpture „Forma Viva“. In 1966, he participated to
the International Symposium of Sculpture in Quebec City. In 1967, he realized a monumental sculpture for the Quebec Pavilion at Expo ´67 in Montreal. In 1969, through a grant from the Ministry of Cultural Affairs of Quebec he exposed in Belgium.
