Beautiful floor lamp, with a solid brass trunk, whose neck disappears elegantly curved into the lampshade. The lampshade is accurately folded all around and comes with a pleasant floral pattern. The Floor Lamp is adjustable in height. Manufactured by Svenskt Tenn. The Austrian-Swedish architect and designer Josef Frank was an advocate of modernism, as were his contemporaries Le Corbusier and Walter Gropius. In Stockholm he was the chief designer of the company Svenskt Tenn and responsible for a variety of productions in the field of furniture, lamps, tapestries and fabrics. Simplicity combined with noble materials and decorative details were his signature.
