Inventive stool designed by Brazilian Jean Gillon in Jacaranda. Has excellent original condition with a cushion in high-quality leather indicative by its beautiful patina. Manufactured by Wood Art. He studied Architecture and Fine Arts at the National University in his country of origin, Rumania. To refine his techniques he upskilled himself in Vienna and Leeds, lecturing later on at the latter. He simultaneously produced inside interior architecture, fine arts and design after moving to São Paulo in the 1950s. Gillons eye-catching designs resemble the ones of Sergio Rodrigues, Joachim Ferreiro, Jose Janine Caldas, Martin Eisler or Carlo Hauer.
