Constructivist sculpture by German artist Hermann Glöckner developed from three equal-sized wooden blocks glued into a cube shape. Each block has a size of 4 x 2 x 2 cm. This work is from 1965. Glöckners works are strongly based on the American Minimal conceptual artist Sol Lewitt. For eighty years the painter and sculptor devoted himself to elementary questions of line, surface, color, and space. He can also be linked to Adam Stankowskis constructive graphic.
