The Daybed designed by George Nelson is newly upholstered with high-quality fabric and comes on  metal legs. The minimalist design gives each room an elegant atmosphere. Manufactured by Herman Miller. Nelson became design director for Herman Miller in 1964, holding the position until 1972. He achieved to line up Charles and Ray Eames, Isamu Noguchi, Robert Propst, and textile designer Alexander Girard to the firm, all of which can also be seen as related to Nelsons groundbreaking design. Being was active inside writing as well, he held several editorial positions of the magazine Architectural Forum, followed by becoming one of the most influential design theorists in the US.
