Purposeful Ferdinand Kramer table made of wood and linoleum top. This example comes in a comfortable size and pleasant width. We have more tables in this style in stock, with differences in length. All examples are from the 1960s. Ferdinand Kramer was a German modernist who developed a variety of objects for the Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. Ernst May and him designed the New Frankfurt together, a comprehensive city plan for Frankfurt from 1925 to 1930. He designed many pieces for Thonet whose simple style he favored, along with architect Adolf Loos.
