The legendary Grasshopper Lounge Chair comes in original good condition with patina. Leather, steel and canvas are the materials. The armrests are wrapped in leather and the pad and cushion provide a comfortable sitting and lounging experience. This example is from the 1960s. The Danish designer duo influenced by Kjaerholm and Juhl created numerous pieces for Kill International, including important designs of the 1960s such as the Scimitar and the X Chair which resembles Mies van der Rohes Barcelona Chair. Danish Hans Wegner is another time companion that has had a visible impact on their designs. Many of their pieces have managed to become modern icons.
