One-of-a-kind Donkey Mark II side table designed in 1963 after Jack Pritchard asked Ernest Race to redesign the original Riss design. Serves as a multi functional unit with shelf and storage space on both sides. Manufactured by Isokon. A key figure in twenieth-century British design, the studied architect first founded his own company for textile designs doing the same when he later turned to furniture. His designs stand out in often playful motives and innovative use of new materials and are preserved in the permanent collections of the V&A Museum in London and MoMa, New York.
