Set of three inonic nesting tables made out of elmwood, tabletop comes in green, blue and black formica. The simple design and the choice of materials invariably appear again and again in the products made by German designer Egon Eiermann. A clear and beautiful example of post-war design. As university teacher and master builder, Egon Eiermann became one of the most distinguished architects in Germany during the 20th century and many of his designs have become classics. Among his groundbreaking architectural achievements are the German pavillon at the world exhibition in Brussels 1958 and the German embassy in Washington built in 1964. Designers such as Herbert Hirche have had a strong impact on Eiermann, he shows great resemblance to Ludwig Mies van des Rohes work.
