Beautiful und very rare DCW chair designed by Charles & Ray Eames. The chair is made out of walnut wood and has a beautiful, unique patina. Manufactured by Evans in 1945. Charles und Ray Eames' most important designs include Plywood Group, Plastic Chairs, Aluminium Group, Lounge Chair, Hang it all, LTR Occasional Table, La Chaise, ESU Bookcase, House of cards. The collaborating married couple were groundbreaking inside US post-war design. George Nelson and finnish Eero Saarinen were fellow industrial designers that strongly influenced each other in that period.
